We went for my boyfriend's birthday with some friends. It was a fabulous dinner. The meatballs and chicken Parm were to die for and our server. Farah was amazing. They did it so much to make the birthday celebration, including a little personal surprise!

Just finished a pretty perfect meal at Colletta. Carly was our server and she was wonderful! Perfect level of being engaging and charismatic but not hovering. We loved her. The restaurant is also gorgeous inside. The food: everything was a 10. We started with a caesar salad and focaccia to share. While we were waiting, she brought us a pizza, letting us know they'd made an extra and she wanted us to try it since this was our first time at Colletta. It was the spicy sopressata pizza and it was perfect. We had already ordered the salad and focaccia to share, so we started second guessing ordering 2 entrees. The caesar salad was delicious; the focaccia was amazing with an olive oil and balsamic dip. After finishing both of those, we decided to order just a charcuterie board to share instead of entrees. Both cheeses were fantastic but the whipped chevre, with some of the homemade fig jam on a bite of the focaccia was my favorite. The meats also were delicious and I enjoyed a bite of a picked veggie when I needed a palate cleanser. We ordered 2 desserts to go - my husband got tiramisu (he said was great) and I got the peanut and praline chocolate tart - amazing. No notes. We will definitely be back!

I had a fantastic dining experience at Coletta! The frittata was absolutely delicious--light, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Pairing it with their muddled wine made for a cozy and indulgent treat. I chose to sit at the bar overlooking the ice skating rink at Fenton, and it was the perfect spot to enjoy my meal while taking in the festive ambiance. The staff was attentive and friendly, adding to the overall wonderful experience. Coletta is definitely a spot I'll be returning to!

Colletta did me so good! I had never been to Fenton so we decided to do a cousin's night out and try out this restaurant that was a TikTok rave at the time. Initially we had a hiccup with our reservations but the manager was awesome and made sure to correct it and get us seated as quickly as possible. The atmosphere was to die for. Not a lot of lighting but just enough to set the mood. Our waitress was very knowledgeable of the menu and was able to answer any and all questions that we had. The manager even came an offered us a few appetizers due to the reservation being messed up which was really nice. You could tell all the food, the sauces, everything was made to order because it just breathed freshness. It was fulfilling and seasoned perfectly. The meatballs lived up to the hype. They could be a meal by themselves. They meat was so tender with the sauce drizzled over it...yum. The ice cream at the end was an unexpected delight initially we got it to share but ended up ordering another. I can't wait to go back...maybe this time for some date night action!

My husband and I got a reservation here and were able to get seated a little early. We started with the focaccia which was good, but I wish it was cut up more as breaking pieces off was a struggle. I also wish it was a little larger for the price. I got the chicken parmesan, which was delicious! It was huge and had a large portion of spaghetti. I had some leftovers to take home, which they packaged up for me. I liked the table we sat at and the ambiance. It was a good place for a date night. I would definitely come again!

Colletta is always my go to when I'm craving Chicken Parmesan. The chicken parm at Colletta is cooked perfectly and has a good portion size. You can even get it drizzled with fresh Parmesan cheese. The atmosphere is perfect for a date night or even a special occasion. The cocktail list is also pretty good. My favorite is the Bitter Italian.

Came here with my best friend. We came on a busy weekend and they manage to seat us quickly. Theres alot of people seated but it was quiet inside. The food came out in a timely manner. We ordered the meatballs, calamari and brocolini for appetizers. We shared the Cassarecce pasta cause the portion is enoughfor two(ground pork sausage, zucchini, fox farm mushroom topped with freshly grated paramesan) which was delicious except the mushroom was a little overpowering for me. The meatball could of been seasoned more well and brocolini cooked better(chewy texture). The calamari came out fresh and made crispy how I like it. My favorite appetizer out of 3 would be the calamari and the tangy dipping sauce that came with it. They have a stunning interior with great service, I will try there other menu items in the future.

I wish I could give this restaurant more than 5 stars! We had the BEST experience here tonight. Being a Friday night there was going to be a wait in order to sit at a table, so we opted for the bar and it was such a good choice. Chris and Maria helped us throughout the night and they were AMAZING!!! Super fun, personable, and made our whole night. Not only were the people great, but the espresso martini... phenomenal!! I think someone said they got ranked #5 in North Carolina, but we ranked them #1. The Moscow mule and margarita were also delicious. For our meal we split the chicken parm and spicy soppressata pizza, both of which were great! The vibes were great and the bar area was super cute! Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone in the area or visiting.
